We have free messaging service delivering messages right to each members cellphone,reminding of Birthdays,Functions,decisions of board,etc.
It has been a great help in informing the members info from college & organising meetings.
1 commitee member have been assigned to each 10 members,continously keeping in contact,and bringing to notice of Board of any crisis,birthday or any thing which needs attention.
